In 2001 Fahir was invited to play with his group at the Izmir Jazzfestival. This resulted in a memorable concert, where I did livesound and multitrack recording. During one of these insipring rehearsals my wife made this video...

It contains one of the hottest drumsolo's I ever heard. This was Horacio El Negor Hernandez at his best. The mood was great, everybody had the energy and they kicked ass. I was present as live soundengineer for the concert.
